Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods and Instant Access

BuildFolyo provides immediate digital access to premium portfolio templates, developer source code, and SaaS features. Due to the nature of digital goods and source code downloads, all purchases made on buildfolyo.in are final and non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

Since our Pro plan is a one-time payment for a specific duration (e.g., 6 months of access), there are no recurring subscription charges to cancel. Your access will automatically expire at the end of your term without auto-renewing.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

• Duplicate accidental transactions (e.g., you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch).
• Failure of the system to grant you access to your Pro features after a successful payment, which our support team is unable to resolve within 48 hours.
