1. Service Description

BuildFolyo is a SaaS platform providing developers with portfolio templates, hosting tools, and source code access to accelerate their online presence.

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing (Pro Users)

When you purchase a Pro pass, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the provided source code for your personal portfolio.

• You may: Modify the code, host it on your own custom domain, and use it to showcase your personal professional work to employers or clients.
• You may NOT: Resell the templates, distribute the source code publicly (e.g., as a public GitHub repository template), or use our code to build a competing portfolio generation platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish on your BuildFolyo portfolio. You agree not to post illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material belonging to others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a Pro pass on our platform.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and source code are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we are not liable for any temporary downtime, data loss, or hosting interruptions.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India .
